Shipping policy

Carrier congestion may result in extended delays between scans, and a 1-3 day delay for packages. I appreciate your patience and understanding. Items are currently being shipped out via USPS Priority Mail or UPS.

We currently offer contact-less local delivery for a small fee of $5.00

Orders will ship out in 5 - 7 business days after your order is placed.

 

*MISSING PACKAGES* 

PLEASE BE MINDFUL ABOUT TRACKING YOUR ORDERS ONCE THEY SHIP. Also, please arrange to be home or have someone else bring your packaged candle indoors. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR STOLEN PACKAGES. Once an item has been marked/scanned as DELIVERED, I have fulfilled my obligation to you. It is your responsibility as a paying customer to provide a safe place for deliveries and/or arrange for someone else to do so. 

*SUMMER SHIPPING*
Please be diligent with tracking your order during the warmer months. Try to bring candles in as soon as possible. We are not responsible for damage caused by leaving packages in the heat.
