Refund policy

I have thoroughly tested and burned all of my scents and candles. Scented candles and their strengths are personal and subjective. I kindly ask that you keep that in mind when ordering.

PLEASE BE DILIGENT ABOUT TRACKING YOUR ORDERS ONCE THEY SHIP. Also, please arrange to be home or have someone else bring your packaged candle indoors. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR STOLEN PACKAGES OR PACKAGES LEFT OUTSIDE IN THE HEAT.

Once an item has been marked/scanned as DELIVERED, I have fulfilled my obligation to you. It is your responsibility as a paying customer to provide a safe place for deliveries and/or arrange for someone else to do so. 

For refunds, replacements and returns you have 7 days from the received date to take advantage of the policy. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you are having issues with your product. I will try my best to handle any concerns you may have.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNUSED and in the same condition as you received it. Please let me know if the items arrived damaged.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

Replacements (if applicable) We only do replacements if an item arrives damaged. Please send an email and corresponding photo to info@jewelbellaboutique.com. We will replace the item at no cost to you.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs if you are returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please consider using a shipping service that provides tracking, or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
